This is the part where we look at a few deals and let you know what we think of them so that you can make an even more informed choice than we’re sure you’re going to make anyway. It can never hurt to have more advice about getting your dongle right can it after all there are so many deals on the market these days some could find it difficult to make a choice which is this site can help!

So the first dongle deal we’re going to look at today is Vodafone, a company that consistently delivers great dongle deals to its customers month after month rather than year after year like some others:

UKs fastest best rated Mobile Broadband device.

7.2Mb speed. This is a pretty standard speed for all mobile broadband devices.

3GB allowance (downloads). This is more than enough for an average to heavy user.

12 month contract. It’s nice to see that Vodafone are not trying to screw their customers into the 24 month contract. You never know when something better will come out and it’s best not to be trapped by your dongle deal isn’t it? This way you can be out in a year in the unlikely event that somone actually comes up with a better company than Vodafone!

Another deal later in the week folks and we’ll see how that compares to Vodafone!

whilst you are waiting do take the the time to consider a hand full of factors when deciding upon which broadband internet dongle to choose the very first thing you need to do after you have chosen a network provider is to check the coverage in the area you will be using the dongle though there are not many places these days there still are some places that particular network providers do not cover that well for internet signal and there are also some that have a better signal than others so a little bit of research in this area could benefit you alot one good way i know if is to ask around your friends as people will always remember if something has been a touch poor to save you making the same mistakes that they did after this move on to which type of internet user you are as this will be heavily dependant on the type of deal you may desire and will also affect the costing of your deal some people spend all day glued to the internet be it for work or social networks and could not possibly live for more than five minutes without looking or checking for something or another and if you are this type of user you would probably be more inclined to go for deals with large data usage and fast download speeds online gamers would also benefit from this as would people who like to download alot of music and films on the other hand you have the type of user that from time to time logs on to the internet to check for the odd e mail from time to time or maybe quickly check to see if they have any messages on thier favourite social network site if this is the case the lighter option would probably be better as it would save some cash and lets face it in this current economic climate everyone wants to save some cash these days!

Vodafone are so ahead of the dongle market these days that they’ve got around 3 or 4 different free laptop dongle deals out there at the moment. Here are a couple of them from lower down the list and our opinions on them so far…

Free Laptop Deals With Vodafone

Vodafone offer both of the laptop deals with the following features for mobile internet:

7.2Mb speed.

3Gb Downloads

24 month contracts

£30 per month for both laptops.

The laptops themselves are from Dell and Samsung, so no doubt a free laptop with Vodafone deal will be somewhere down the line with this big name in laptop producers. The first free laptop is the Dell Mini 10 worth around £299 from any good retailer. Paying this much per month to get this laptop free is a pretty good deal in our opinion.

The second free laptop deal gets you a Samsung N130 worth £299. This is also a pretty good laptop and you shouldn’t always be drawn to the Dell name because they have fancy adverts with catchy theme tunes. Samsung offer just as much quality as a Dell and you might just find that because you’re not paying for the Dell name on your free laptop deal you might get that little bit more out of a free laptop dongle deal with a Samsung N130.

We strongly advise to take the recommendations of a PC expert before deciding which free laptop deal you would go for; our knowledge is only limited when it comes to this.

there are plenty to choose from if you cant find any on online forums there are high street shops where assistants would be happy to advise you and all of this is even before word of mouth and advise from friends plenty of research is the key for getting the best deal with these but other factors like how much you are into computers also play a key role after all as long as the laptop isnt really old they generally all do the same thing when it comes to surfing the net the big difference is processor speeds and memory all of which mainly concern tech heads and wouldnt be much bother to someone who just pops on the net every now and then to check e mails or social networks.

Judging by the brand names of these laptops you know you will be safe they are from reputable manufacturers who have been producing good quality laptops for a number of years now and the best thing is you are not going to have to shell out all of the money for one up front these units can be quite expensive to buy outright and cost anything from £300 upward though it may cost you a little more in the long run spreading it with monthly payment i certainly know i could come up with £30 a month a lot quicker than i could come up with the full price of a new laptop even is you already have a laptop you may have a relative or a child that would like one wouldnt it be nice to get the contract dongle you need and give the laptop as a gift ?

Here’s a blog post about getting the best dongle deal online. However, i could finish this post before i even begin by telling you that you simply need to be in a good frame of mind, get on your PC and go searching for the one you want…

It isn’t always easy though is it, and sometimes you need an expert to come along. Well that’s why we are here for you. We intend to bring you some of the best internet dongle deals on the internet in order for you to decide which one is right for you.

Vodafone is always a firm favourite when it comes to the dongle deals online, and they are the first on my list for today. This deal is pretty much top of the heap at the moment. Vodafone remain the UK’s best rated mobile broadband provider, so this dongle deal should really do it for you:

Standard 7.2Mb of speed.

Standard 3Gb downloads

12 month contract.

£15 a month.

So what makes this such a good deal? Well that’s a pretty good question really considering that it appears at the top of most comparison websites. Lets look at the next best on those sites and see how it compares. This one is from 3 Mobile:

Standard 7.2Mb of speed.

Not so standard 5Gb dowloads

A longer 18 month contract

£15 a month

In our opinion, if you’re a gamer or someone who downloads a lot then this second deal is much better, and to be honest it’s better anyway because you get exactly what Vodafone offer and more, for just an extra 5 months on your contract. Worth it? You decide.

This is what we’re about on internetdongle.com We like to get you the very best dongle deals online; primarily because you won’t get them better offline. Today we’re going to look at pay as you go dongles and try to find the best one on the market at the moment…

Pay As You Go Dongle Deals From Vodafone

Looking at two of the top ones at the moment, i’m going to compare the prices of these dongle deals and see if we can come up with a winner.

Vodafone

Vodafone pay as you go dongle offers speed of up to 3.6Gb. This isn’t bad and pretty standard for most pay as you go dongles.

They also charge you a little differnently than some of the other standard dongles. With Vodafone you don’t get a standard monthly download limit like you do with other dongle deals. Because it’s a pay as you go you pay £15 per Gb of downloads you use. This is a pretty good idea since you won’t use exactly the same each month.

This means there is no monthly fee.

Set up cost of £25

T Mobile

Speed of up to 3.6Mb. This is the same as Vodafone.

You can pay for your broadband downloads per day for as little as £2 and you can pay for more usages for much longer up to £15 if you like.

There is a £20 set up cost with this dongle deal.

So again these two deals are all about who is using them and what for. If you’re a teenager or student then the second deal might be good for you because you can opt for really cheap payment options like having a day for £2.

There are now a number of dongle providers that offer a free laptop when you sign up to a pay monthly dongle plan. 3 Mobile are not the only ones on the market to offer great free laptop dongle deals (if you want to see what 3 Mobile are offering at the moment click this link and you’ll be taken to their section on this website where you can see the very latest free laptop deals they offer). Vodafone however have always been on the cutting edge of communications, so here is their very latest deal with a free laptop…

Let’s look at what Vodafone have to offer when you sign up to a Vodafone internet dongle plan:

£25 a month for this dongle deal

Free dongle when you sign up

1 GB usage allowance

7.2Mb Speed

This one is a two year contract

Now the laptop is a Samsung NC10 Netbook.

It has a 10 inch widescreen display

Intel Atom N270 processor

Comes with Windows XP Home Edition

1 GB memory

160 GB hard Drive. This is perfectly adequate for the average person.

Up to 5 hrs of battery life. Not as much as the Dell laptops we featured a few days ago sadly.

Comes with a 1.3 mega pixel digital motion camera. This is simply great, and what an offer!

So Vodafone offer a Netbook at a reasonable price with a camera. You can’t say fairer than that. The only thing that lets this deal down a little is the battery life of the laptop. It is important to consider this when you think about buying one like this; always think about where you can charge your laptop when you’re travelling the world if you’re that sort of person.

The market seems to be smothered with these two internet dongle providers at the moment, and there is just no getting around the great deals they’re offering! 3 Mobile is offering the best laptop deal by far, but let’s not forget the other big name in free laptop dongle deals…

Vodafone have been big in this area for a long time, and now it seems that they and 3 Mobile are in continuous competition with one another. Let’s look at the next best free laptop dongle deal from Vodafone and see if it’s something you the customer might find useful and satisfying of all your wireless internet needs.

Well, to begin with, if you’ve already read my post on the free laptop dongle deal from 3 Mobile that’s on the top of the market at the moment, then i can tell you that the deal you’re about to see from Vodafone is exactly the same, only the laptop isn’t free!

Now that sounds a little unfair doesn’t it? And you’re right. If 3 Mobile can offer you a Compaq Presario CQ61, complete with windows 7 and a free dongle, then why can’t Vodafone? Well i can imagine that this is just what’s being asked in Vodafone’s boardroom at this very moment. I would imagine that as soon as 3 Mobile decided to offer the laptop for free, Vodafone called a meeting.

This is what keeps them in second place, and as long as 3 Mobile are offering basically the same service with a free laptop (rather than paying the £59 that Vodafone seem fit to charge) then they will always be second best. Vodafone need to update their dongle deals if they want to impress us.

Vodafone are supposed to be one of the fastest suppliers of mobile internet in the country, so how much will a Vodafone dongle cost you these days? In this post we’ll examine the latest dongle release from Vodafone and examine just what it has to offer the wireless internet user of today…

Well, as ever, it all depends on what you’re online for doesn’t it? Well, no actually it doesn’t, not with the Vodafone dongle. This dongle deal is a great one and it has something for everyone.

If it’s speed you’re after you won’t get extraordinary speeds from this dongle but Vodafone aren’t stupid and they’ve given you a dongle that is more than adequate for most users of wireless internet. If you need any more than the 7.2 mbs that they supply then you are in one of the rare groups that is probably playing lots of online gaming or something like that. In our book a dongle that provides you with 7.2mb is fast enough.

The download allowance is also just right for what most people need too; even the youngsters out there who are downloading all the time. 3 Gb should be enough for anyone out there on their laptop surfing the internet. Who actually needs more than this? I suppose a few of you do if your downloading a lot of movies and stuff, but that is not the average user is it?

So how much is all this? Well you get the dongle free, so you don’t have to worry about that. You can have this package on a 12 month contract for just £15 a month! This is a pretty awesome offer.

Of course after all these posts on free laptop deals for your dongle you might actually already have a laptop. I didn’t forget about you guys, i’ve just been busy rating the free laptop deals out there. But there are just as many standard dongle deals to look at and rate, so here goes…

Well at the top of the list these days seems to be the good old fashioned Vodafone dongle deal. It takes a bit of beating unless you are deliberately looking for something cheap because you don’t use several features of mobile internet use or something like that.

To begin with they offer a reasonable contract length, unlike a lot of the free laptop dongle deals that are around, Vodafone are offering an 18 month dongle contract for wireless, mobile internet. This connection charge will buy you a good speed of up to 7.2 MB and a monthly download allowance of 3GB, which is more than enough for an average PC user at home, never mind a mobile internet user.

So how much does all this cost the customer on the 18 month contract? £10 a month is all. Now in our opinion, for mobile internet connections, this dongle deal takes a bit of beating, and it’s good enough for anyone to get started. This £10 though is a current online deal and i’m not sure how long it’s going to last. At the time i wrote this post it was valid so lets hope by the time you read this post you can still get it.

At the moment one of the top pay as you go Dongle deals is from Vodafone. Their best dongle deal is available now and will knock the spots off anything else at the moment. The good thing about this is that others are sure to follow suit…

When you buy one of their super fast dongles for around £35 (i think), it actually comes with £15 and no expiry date. This is what you want from you dongle deal, a pay as you go dongle that doesn’t expire. There’s nothing worse than getting credit on your dongle and having it expire before you’ve actually had any time to be online; it’s the ultimate cheat!

With Vodafone you can get speeds of up to 3.6mb, and believe me for laptop use when you’re out and about that is plenty; who needs more than this anyway?

So if you want a dongle with no contract, and no messing about then Vodafone’s dongle deal has the answer for you right here. On their website i counted about seven different dongles on offer, so if this one doesn’t take your fancy you might like another one. There are a few that offer free dongles when you pay monthly for your online time, but most of the others are £35. There is one exception and that one is £19 but i don’t know enough about it to comment in a useful way. Go and check them out anyway.

There are quite a number of pay as you go internet providers now, and thankfully this has made the internet dongle market quite competitive. Pay as you go dongles are available from the like of: T-mobile, O2, 3 mobile, and also vodafone. An internet dongle is all you need to keep you connected and working in today’s busy world.

Some of these pay as you go dongles from these reputable internet service providers are quite different, and not all of them offer exactly the same service. It’s worth checking very carefully exactly what you’re going to get from your dongle and what you actually need. Some pay as you go dongles expire after a certain amount of time, and this time varies with each internet dongle provider. For example 3 mobile will only offer your internet dongle connection for up 30 days.

However, there are some providers that don’t give you a time limit, so you are this enabled to have your dongle and not use it if you don’t want to. There must be nothing worse than having paid for your internet dongle to be in use and never having the time to use it. Vodafone is one such internet dongle provider that doesn’t stipulate a limit in time. This is perfect for a light interent user who may or may not want to go online everyday.
